Important info prior your camping booking

We want you to enjoy your stay and our simple rules are there to try and make sure everyone does, so please observe them as they are not just polite suggestions.

Stablefell Camping was recently listed in the Sunday Times top 40 campsites in the UK & Ireland for 2019 so we must be doing something right!

Arrivals: from 12.30pm - 9.00pm (your own tent) 1.30pm - 9.00pm (Tipi rental tents) (strictly no arrivals after 9.00pm).

All departures: by 11.00am.

We are a totally non-music campsite.

We are a non-electric tent campsite only, with no mobile signal or WiFi for a peaceful stay. Note: campervans, mobile homes or caravans are not allowed on the campsite.

Our facilities are: 6 mains flushing toilets, 2 showers, several sinks, a freezer, fresh drinking water and a campfire place on every pitch.

You are more than welcome to sit around your campfire all night star gazing, but our quiet time so not to disturb anybody else is between 10pm - 7.30am

All campfire wood must be purchased on the campsite, (we have £5 bags & £10 sacks).

We do not allow any disposable tin foil type bbq's on the site whatsoever - they burn the grass and occasionally idiots have put them in the bins causing fires! (raised off the ground on leg types are ok or simply hire one of ours).

No commercial vehicles are allowed on the site, if you do arrive in one you will be asked to park it off the campsite.

All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and cleaned up after by their owners.

Groups and same sex party's are welcome, but no stag / hen parties are allowed.

Please do not ever attempt to climb over the dry stone walls, (use the gates), as they are very fragile and rebuilding them will cost you approximately £50 per metre.

Tents must be moved 1 footprint over after 4 nights in order to maintain the lifetime of the grass.

There are no refunds within 30 days of your arrival date, nor for non / late arrivals, early departures or poor weather.

Your visitors or visitors cars are not allowed on the campsite as they are not covered on our liability insurance without a camping booking.

Please note: our rules are clearly stated prior you booking and by completing your booking you have read and agreed with them!
